  • Driver Information: Driver's license data, vehicle information, identification documents, proof of identity and residence
  • User Generated Content: Comments, ratings, and reviews
  • Communications: Chat messages, emails, and phone call recordings

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Location Information: GPS coordinates and WiFi data for trip enablement and safety
  • Transaction Information: Service details, payment information, date/time, routes, and distances
  • Usage Information: App usage data, access times, features viewed, system activities
  • Communication Information: Time, date, and content of communications through the app

Location Data Collection

Riders

We collect precise location when the app is running in foreground and background from ride request until completion. You can use the app without enabling precise location by manually entering addresses.

Drivers

We collect exact location when the app is running in driver mode, both in foreground and background. We may also collect location for a limited time after exiting driver mode for incident detection.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or process information about your:

  • Racial or ethnic origin
  • Political opinions or membership
  • Religious or philosophical beliefs
  • Trade union membership
  • Genetic or biometric data
  • Data relating to sexual life
